Effective February 24, servicing for all Everlake whole life products, excluding Whole Life Advantage and single premium whole life products not previously transitioned, is now performed by Transaction Applications Group, Inc. (TAG) instead of Allstate.

These whole life products join the term life insurance and annuity products that have previously migrated to TAG.

Customers with these products received a mailing instructing them to begin servicing their policies with TAG. Answers to common questions can also be found within the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document.
