On November 25, select whole life products migrated servicing from Allstate to Transaction Applications Group, Inc. (TAG), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT Data Services Holding Corporation. Migrating Whole Life products include Whole Life Tribute, Whole Life II, and Whole Life (excluding the following: 20-Pay Life, College and Career, Endowment, Executive Whole Life, Family Plans, Instant Life, Money Back at 65, Whole Life Paid up at 65, and Young American).
These whole life products join the term Life Insurance and annuity products that have
previously migrated to TAG.
Customers with these products received a mailing instructing them to begin servicing
their policies with TAG. Answers to common questions can also be found within the
