On August 19, 2024 all remaining Term Life Insurance products, with the exception of
Monthly Income Term and Universal Term, migrated servicing from Allstate to
Transaction Applications Group, Inc. (TAG), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT Data
Services Holding Corporation. In addition, as of October 21, 2024, all remaining Annuity
products migrated to TAG as well.
Customers with these products received a mailing instructing them to begin servicing
their policies with TAG. Answers to common questions can also be found within the
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document.
