On May 1 and August 7, 2023, Basic Term, TrueFit Term, TrueTerm, and the Level Best Term / Guaranteed Term family of products were migrated to Transaction Applications Group, Inc. (TAG), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT DATA Services Holding Corporation.

Customers with the products referenced above would have received a mailing instructing them to begin servicing their policies with TAG. For these customers, policy information is available for viewing in the Customer Portal and questions can be e-mailed directly to TAG via the portal. Answers to common questions can also be found within the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document below.
