Everlake Life Insurance Company (ELIC) and Everlake Assurance Company (EAC), which are part of the Everlake group of companies, (“Everlake”), are US-based insurance companies specializing in life insurance and annuities.

Everlake was established on November 1, 2021, through the acquisition of Allstate Life Insurance Company and Allstate Assurance Company, who had been serving customers since 1957 and 2015, respectively.

With over 1.5 million policies in force and approximately $24 billion in assets under management, Everlake uses its experience and financial strength to provide customers with high-quality service to help meet their needs.

ELIC also administers selected policies issued by Lincoln Benefit Life Company, Surety Life Insurance Company, American Maturity Life Insurance Company, and Columbia Universal Life Insurance Company.

In addition, Everlake provides life and annuity reinsurance solutions to other insurance carriers, delivering financial, capital, and intellectual support to enhance their ability to offer competitive insurance products to consumers.
